Every State has laws regarding the expiration of judgments. Some judgments expire in ten years, others twenty. Once they're expired, there's no way to ever collect on that judgment. Once our firm is assigned to assist in collecting on your judgment, our goal is to properly have the judgment renewed and this service is provided at no cost to you. |

Our firm does not charge you for additional services. We will front any cost to maintain the judgement. We will not charge for any additional mileage, gas, meals and entertainment, asset research, copying and postage fees, etc. The only costs that are ever reimbursed are hard legal expenditures such as court costs and those are only recouped if we're successful in bringing in money. |

We utilize our own in-house counsel when needed. We do not need to outsource. We do not need to outsource to any 3rd party to inquire about law, regulations, protocol, or state specific laws. While sometimes it's necessary to hire local counsel, we usually get the job done in-house which adds dollars to your bottom-line when we collect on a judgment. |

When in need, we can request the court to assign a receiver (appointed agent) to work on the court's behalf to benefit the creditor (you). This is a unique and mostly unknown (even in the industry) ability which grants many powers to collect on your judgment. Once this is activated, our firm will have the ability and permission to have the court's agent seize assets and accounts in order for you to get paid back. |

Our firm has access to unique databases. Most law firms will not have the same digital access or tools at their disposal that ours does. Many of our tools are similar, if not the same, as what law enforcement - local and federal - use in their investigations. |
